"The staff very welcoming! The place is clean and tidy, just dated but to be expected with a place that's been there for so long. It had everything we needed for our stay with our 2 young children. It's a awesome little vibe with beautiful flowers growing all around, we stayed in one of rooms further back from Lombard street, we felt safe and it was quiet. Great location to explore San Francisco- we'd definitely stay again "

"What a Gem of a property!!! This is our second stay at The Lombard Plaza Motel, and Everything was beyond great. Beautiful room, Free Parking on site which just doesnt happen in SF. The staff goes above and beyond, and my partner and I are already looking forward to our next stay here in the fall."

"I loved the fact that this Hotel has free Parking. In San Francisco that is a big plus. I did not like the fact that I was given a room right next to Lombard Street. I should have taken ear plugs but I did not. I could only fall to sleep when the traffic subsided. Love the Location. Close to dining and the Marina"

"Though outdated, there are large rooms, parking on-site, and heaters. They’re cozy. And I’ve stayed on multiple occasions now. Lots to do too in the area."

"This is a great spot! It’s a really cute hotel with clean rooms, comfy beds and amazing staff! We stayed for a couple nights and all the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating with a couple special request we had. Will be staying here again! "

"No luck checking in early. Walls had hooks & nails on but no pictures. Base boards , walls were filthy, paint peeling off walls. Rusty hinges & door knobs. There was a hole in the wall as if a fist went thru it and up above shower a bubble as big as an apple was hanging with paint peeling. I thought it was going to cave in. "
