"Lovely b&b, hosts were perfect, gave us lots of information. Breakfast was very good, everything you wanted. Room was clean and comfy bed. Stairs a bit challenging but not a problem. Graham sorted the parking for us which was good value. Perfect position on seafront. Only about 5-10 minute walk into town. Graham and Marion were lovely and we would definitely go back."

"Our room was clean and comfortable but showing its age. Although it had been freshened up, the TV was quite old and picture quality was SD when these days one might expect HD. Similarly the light above the bathroom mirror was not even LED and when we found the pull cord it was dim and and only illuminated several years of dust. The bed was very comfortable. This may seem a bit picky but we paid over £100 for one night which did not even give us access to the pool. We learnt the hard way that the Expedia price does not include the pool and spa. It is actually quite clear on the Expedia site but we booked at the last minute and in a rush. There was plenty of parking and the location was close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Room was lovely . However there was lumps of hair on the carpet where it had not been hoovered . no toilet brush in the room . Black bits on the bed . milk splashes on the wall socket and on the little drew the tea was in . VERY hot in the room and hotel . Lovely coffee from the coffee shop . Bath room lovely and clean nice soap and shower gel . Plenty of towels . Lovely helpful staff . Breakfast was ok . Lift dirty . no beach view we had a brick wall for a view . Hotel setting was beautiful . On the beach front and great it had a car park . The maid walked in to our room when we where changing . She walked in and DID NOT knock. "

"Hotel close to pedestrian crossing to promenade and beach. Bar/restaurant very good. Lovely single room with a double size bed. Easy access to room via lift and through fire doors. Staff and especially Reception Staff were absolutely lovely. "

"We paid extra for a gold room with a sea view, unfortunately it meant we could hear all the evening entertainment in the pub below which went on till late. (We heard every word through the microphone, including bingo and karaoke singing) Unfortunately the hotel staff couldn't do anything about, although they did try. Had we paid less and had a smaller room higher up it probably would have been better which is a shame. But it was great to have the beach so close out the front door. "
