"The room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, my stay didn't meet expectations. The primary reason I chose this hotel over others in town was the spa, and I was quite disappointed to find that it was inaccessible to hotel guests. It proved very difficult to book either online or in person throughout my entire visit. "Friendly helpful staff. But the bedroom was insufferably hot (admittedly during heatwave) even with a fan. Breakfast was ok but lacked fresh fruit with only overripe bananas. Dining room window we sat next to was very dirty - cobwebs and dead bugs aplenty. Overall, great staff but otherwise a lot of room for improvement."
