"The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

"Enjoyed our stay here. Room was nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked great with no humidity in the room whatsoever. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. I have zero complaints. Would highly recommend."

"Room was clean. There was mold in the bathroom. The fan was very loud and noisy. Good breakfast. Internet very slow Lighting in room awful. It was way too dark."

"The check in process was quick and the staff was super friendly.The room was clean and spacious. There was plenty of television channels. The bed was fairly comfortable. They offered a free breakfast but we did not try it. There is an antique/picker store right next door and it was awesome! Starbucks close by also. I would stay here again. Thank you!"

"We preferred to have a burner cook top rather than being given upon request a well worn induction unit and only a coated fry that was scratched. We needed a cooking pot to boil eggs, but it wasn't available to work with the induction unit. Two tread mills avaliable in the fitness area and one was broken."

"Old historic facility, beautiful courtyard, but facility itself needs uprating painting. A little remodeling would help elevator wasn’t working made it very difficult for us to take luggage up three flights to stairs to the third floor. Staff was very friendly."

"This hotel overbooks its rooms and does not notify guests in advance. When you arrive to check in, they may tell you there are no rooms available and claim it’s not their fault. If you don’t want your trip ruined, I strongly recommend that you do not stay here."

The elevator did not work, I was told it’s been out for several days with no plan to fix it anytime soon, both bathrooms in the lobby were out of order, so we could not use the bathroom while we were waiting to check in, it’s advertised to have a 24 hour fitness center, but that is false advertising as the fitness center is nonexistent as it is filled with furniture, the air conditioner is extremely loud and we couldn’t sleep, the floors above have zero...

"My husband and I often stay at this hotel because it's a good halfway point for a frequent trip we drive. We always enjoy our time here! Staff is so pleasant, lobby/halls/rooms are spotless, & breakfast is amazing! "
