"The hotel is very well located, close to the Vatican, there are many restaurants around and easy transport links. We were five travellers divided in 2 rooms, in one of the rooms three of the bed supports were missing and the only plug was broken, the polite and friendly staff gave us a new room the next. On the second room, there was not shampoo. The hotel seems to be undergoing a refurbishment by sectios, toilets, breakfast hall and waiting area seems new."

"Only stayed for, like, 12 hours and was barely there as it was our last day in Italy and we sped off for a day at the beach in Ladispoli. We just needed a convenient getaway to the airport at 4:00am. But, what I did see of the place was that it was very clean, well maintained, etc. The front desk staff was efficient, organized, and friendly. The room was great - clean and spacious. All what I would expect from Hilton."

"We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, airy, and had beautiful high ceilings that made it feel even more comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated during the warm weather. The bathroom was modern, clean, and we were happily surprised to find a bidet. It was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Another nice surprise was that the hotel had left a universal power converter in the room, which was incredibly convenient for travelers. One of our favorite features was the password-protected door system—no need to carry keys or key cards around! It made coming and going so easy. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful attention to detail. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome."
