"The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"room was lovely and modern, unfortunately was a long walk to the room due to renovation works across the entire floor. Location was great, easy to get to the NEC from there with uber. Food was low point, very expensive and honestly the steak looked like a small burger in size and the mushy peas on the fish and chips looked like a snot smear on the bottom of the plate. Ended up eating elsewhere for rest of stay. "

"I had an early flight and travelled by train so I can't comment on breakfast or parking BUT The room was clean and quiet. The location is excellent, easily reached from the train and I could walk to check-in across the carpark in the morning. "

"Parking and check in were easy. We had to request a hair dryer and when that finally arrived we had noticed there was no tv remote control. So had to ask for that as well. The curtains were broken and hanging off the track in several places. The pipes made a squealing noise when the shower was turned on. Also the duvet was stained with red/brown spots (I believe it was laundered), I would expect housekeeping to notice this and discard the bedding with stains. The staff were very friendly and...

"It was very exciting staying in a castle. We had the family room which was very quaintly laid out with a single bed in its own part of the small turret, through a stone arch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was served in a box in our room with loads of choice, and fresh produce in a mini fridge which was lovely. The area is stunning. "Property was in a nice location next to small river. Room was dated…patio door fell off hinges when opened, headboards were in rough shape, toilet wouldn’t flush and had to fix myself. For some reason ours was the only room without card entry which was a bit of a pain! Also beds really firm. The front desk staff were helpful as much as possible. Restaurant was quite good. Overall was ok for what we payed. "
