"When attending the pool at 9pm there were no towels available on the towel rack and the ones we could see being used by other guests were extremly small and thin. That could be improved.
The adjacent lounge should be available for guest to sit in outside of Breakfast and Dinner and drinks could be offered to improve the amenity."

"My main reason for choosing this place was because it said breakfast included.
They do not serve breakfast as advertised but its listed on bill as included with room. I didn't care about any of the other things listed for the property.

"Used Debit - told that the deposit on debit would not be $100, but rather $250!!!
Cash only on the sundries at the counter (bottled water, etc). Annoying, but understood.
Breakfast - eggs, no bacon, no sausages, no home fries...Just eggs and toast..
Yogurt, coffee, pancakes... Meh.
Now, what REALLY got me was they held me at checkout to go to the room to see its condition. Really?
60-year-old couple... Why would they check the room before letting me go?
I have travelled all my life...

"Our room was clean. Front desk staff was excellent. We had a full tub and the shower curtain was too long making showering for my adult sons frustrating. The kitchen was nice to have. The tv was angled slightly up which was strange. Bath towels are small. Maintenance walked into our room without knocking around 8:30 a.m. while we were packing up. Overall, it was a nice place for the price but definitely had a few hiccups. We would stay here again and recommend to others."
