"We stay here every time we are in the area. The hotel is well taken care of and the staff are incredible. We always have a nice clean room and the pool / hot tub area is very nice. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs an awesome hotel to rest, relax and unwind."

"The check in lady was absolutely rude. I had already booked and paid online else I would have went to a different hotel. Bathrooms didn't have a switch for the fan. No microwaves. It was an overnight trip so didn't get to eat at the restaurants. Floor attendants never came up to us."

"I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading."

"There was mold, rust, nothing was clean at all. Sheets had stains. The sink moved and was dirty. We requested to move due to these issues and were accomodated but found the same maybe slightly cleaner. This made me question why we got a dirtier one first. Seems the owning family lives and works there so I'm sure the only decent rooms are theirs. Breakfast was not worth even offering and not refilled so if you dont come right away you will not get what little they do offer. Waffle maker broken....

"Advertised as included breakfast. IT WAS NOT. Front desk said that’s only on weekends. False advertising. Had to go by the casino to check in and it was nasty smoky. Hotel hallways were also smoky even though it was non smoking area. Amenities were almost non existent. Only one small bar of soap to use in both the wash basin and the shower combined, are you kidding me! It had room coffee, which was good considering there was no breakfast, but the packets for the coffee had a “sugar substitute.”...

"The property is fantastic. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing all for a really great price. The pool is a little bit on the smaller side, but it was just what my kids needed to get out some extra energy. We had a few lights that were inconsistent when we tried to turn them on. We have stayed here several times and that was the first time we’ve ever had an issue with the lighting. Fairfield is by far my favorite hotel."

"I’m not one to leave a review but it’s places like this that make me wonder how a business like this is still opened. Upon arrival, immediately I was met with a smell that smelled of sewer & chemicals. They didn’t have a room I booked so I had to settle for what they had left. On my way to room elevator broke so I had to take stairs to 4th with disabled child- fun! The whole hotel smelled of sewer. There was people walking around with ankle monitors, people arguing very loudly in their rooms....

"We reserved a tub. We did not get a tub. The pool is in the middle of a parking lot. Speaking of parking…There was none you have to go across the street. The Manager “A” was so incredibly rude. And if you’re allergic to down, good luck getting pillows…they actually put pillowcases on throw cushions and wondered why we were not happy with that! Overall, this just wasn’t a Hyatt experience"
