"Clean room but very dated old stained carpets in hallways. "

"This is a factory hotel. The lobby is a large cafeteria. The front desk is understaffed for the busloads of people trying to check in. When booking on Expedia we were shown a photo of the room with 2 twin beds. Instead we (2 people) got 1 double bed with a bouncy mattress. There was no soap in the dispenser over the sink. No tissues in the room. No glasses to drink water. The room was so small that we had to use the bed to open our second suitcase. Cleanliness was ok. We had to leave very early to catch a flight. We were assured the evening before that someone is at the reception around the clock and could call a taxi at the time in the morning when we show up to leave. At 5:30am no-one around. I call out very loudly. No-one around. Finally I go behind the reception and bang very loudly on the door leading to the back office. Someone appears and we get our taxi. I do not recommend this hotel."

"They only offered breakfast in the morning that wasn't included, they did not offer dinner in their hotel, so had to go somewhere else or uber eats something. "

"Property was very clean and quiet. Rooms were quite small and tight- next to no room to walk around the bed. Check in took a long time for some reason, even though i did pre-check in. "

"The room was clean and the location of hotel was really good. The hotel was renovated and staff were friendly. The AC was installed in the room and worked properly. The room had downsides too. The beds were extremely small ( 65 cm - 70 cm which is below standard single beds (90 cm) ) - the mattress was made of spring and it was very jumpy and uncomfortable. The pillows were high and stiff as well. The property is built over a metro station so you hear and sense the vibration of train moving which is not something they can do anything about but if you're a light sleeper you should know. "
