"Edona worked the front desk and gave me their best room from April of this year. This was my third visit to Priština and I remain loyal to such a gem of a hotel.
Viollca at housekeeping greeted me and asked if I was satisfied. Of course I thanked her for great service and look forward to my next stay in the heart of Priština. Location is unbeatable and the breakfast is excellent.

"Excellent hotel. Very helpful and polite staff as well as a great location. The room was spacious, clean and had great guest amenities. The Breakfast was excellent and the spa was truly exceptional. I highly recommend the hotel."
