"Wonderful experience!! Can’t say enough good things about the staff! The rooms could use some updating, but the staff totally made up for it, Guillermo, in particular. I had the misfortune of breaking my leg near the end of our trip, and not only did Guillermo actually help my husband carry me to our room, but the staff brought us some crutches, a shower seat, and a cooler full of ice. Later, my husband went down and ordered our dinner from the kitchen, and they offered to bring it to our room. Even before that happened we were very impressed. The breakfast was very good with tables set by the pool in a covered patio. Bed was very comfortable. Great location near Plaza Grande which has a very warm family-oriented vibe. Very highly recommend!"
