"Great location and the staff were all really lovely and helpful. It's a shame they don't have a restaurant onsite but plenty around. My biggest gripe was the booking says bath and shower separate but there is no bath just a toilet and shower. The bed was also incredibly hard."

"Great experience overall. The Rawai area was excellent with lots to do in close proximity to the location of this place. Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. "Toll geschnittene und auch gut ausgestattete Villen, die aber leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, und etwas Pflege benötigen würden (z.B kaputte Lampen, abfallende Türklinke, und viele weitere Kleinigkeiten). Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Reinigungspersonal. Pool könnte vielleicht öfters gereinigt werden (bei uns 1 Mal in zwei Wochen), da er durch Blätter der rundum stehenden Bepflanzung schnell schmutzig wird. "The place its self is good value for the money, clean and tidy with good air con. You have to be aware of two things though: 1. The place is a gym and thai boxing starts about 7.30am. 2. There is a pub opposite that plays live music, this is very loud and will keep you awake. A very convenient location though. "

"Our studio was small but very nice. Quiet with pool access.Nice deck area to eat or sit at and beds around the pool. Pool a bit shallow but otherwise pleasant. Had everything we needed - good WiFi, TV with English channels. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen with microwave and 2 hobs,fridge, cutlery and crockery. Development next to coffee shop, 7/11 store and restaurants. Very efficient and pleasant."
