"The room we were given was on the 9th floor. We ask for another room higher up & they upgraded us with no extra cost. The room was beautiful with a wraparound balcony on the 19th floor. Need less to say we were very satisfied with our accommodation plus the staff were very friendly & accommodating. ..."
