"I would give it zero stars. The reservation, which had been made and paid for in January 2025, was cancelled without reason the day before scheduled arrival which was actually Sept.23. Created an unnecessary panic. We luckily found a better place in a better location. We ultimately got our money back."

"The property was spacious,immaculate and well appointed with modern appliances and luxurious furnishings. PierPaolo was an excellent host and provided many thoughtful amenities (ie) assorted snacks and waters and offered valuable insight about the area and gave us a thorough walk-thru. As others have stated, it is a fantastic place to stay with an excellent location and a great value for the level of comfort and service. We highly recommend!"

"Very friendly host. Roberta was really helpful and attentive to our needs. The room was beautifully decorated with a fantastic view! Just be prepared to climb some stairs but well if you choose to stay in Praiano, it's pretty much stairs everywhere. I would suggest to travel light if you plan to stay here. "
