"Would not stay here again. All I wanted to do was check in at check in time and my room was over an hour late after traveling for 30+ hours. The staff was not apologetic at all and offered no solution to my room not being on time besides to wait. Bathroom also had hair everywhere and room had a weird smell to it."

"We had a bad experience with check in do to poor internet connection to register online to receive a code. The code was not matching my phone number and we sent emails, then we tried calling on Viber and WatsApp to contact the property owner who had a problem with his phone, we waited 2 hours to receive a code for the key locker and to enter the property. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, there’s only small refrigerator and hairdryer, but no coffee machine or tea pot,...

"日本の方(特に英語が話せない方)には絶対におすすめしません。 Expediaのチャット上でのホテル側(貸主側)への問い合わせは、オンラインチェックイン(税金を払うところ)までは繋がりましたが、それ以降はチャットでの返答はありませんでした。 そのため、Expedia上の地図と実際の場所が異なり、場所を見つけられなかったのですが、問い合わせても返事はなく、初めての街を彷徨い続けました。 ようやく写真に似た外観の建物を見つけましたが、入室に必要な番号キーも事前に教えてもらっておらず、建物の前で立ち尽くしてしまいました。 このまま野宿になると思い、Expediaのサポートセンターにダメ元で問い合わせたところ、番号キーを教えてもらい、入室できました。 ようやくのことで入室できましたが、冷蔵庫はペットボトルもギリギリしか入らない大きさでしたし、ゴミ箱もなく、タオルの交換もなく、設備も十分とは言えないものでした。 立地の割には価格が安かったので、選んでしまいましたが、海外でのホテル選びはもっと慎重にすべきだったと反省しております。"
