"This hotel chain never disappoints. We’ve stayed at locations in France and Spain. Now we can add Italy to our list. The location was great to access to local stores and restaurants. "On a 95 degree day, the air conditioner didn’t work, the patio was sealed, no coffee machine, no dish rack. 1970s bad shower, mold, photos did not match the room, worst stay in 3 weeks in the whole of Italy. Cheap quality soap. Could have been much better. The concierge was nice."
