Clean room for the most part, but the floor could have been vacuumed better. Hotel is in a great loction close to restaurants, outlet mall, and grocery store. Staff was helpful, just know you can't drink your own canned alcohol drinks in the lobby or they may confiscate it.

This hotel is great for families. The lobby is very family friendly with large screen TVs, pool table and a snack bar. The pool and hot tub are nice and there is always a friend to swim with. Best Western Plus Provo University Inn
I needed a early check to coordinate with a family member in the hospital and they accomodated me. The bed was so soft and I slept well. There was a problem with the outside door not locking and they fixed it right away. The breakfast was fresh and really good coffee. Staff friendly and helpful.
