"The hotel staff was very friendly and the location was very good. We could walk everywhere from the hotel. The room was clean and there was a good variety of food to choose from for the included breakfast."

"They lied about free parking. There is no free parking here. Also, the hotel is upstairs with a lot of stairs. There is no lifts or accessibility for disabled people or family. This is not a family friendly hotel. If you have a lot of bags or heavy bags, prepare to sweat, carrying them up a lot of stairs."

"Second time in this place in a span of 13 months and nothing has changed. It has the feel of a hotel that was once built to impress, but has had minimal investment. Loads of cosmetic defects in the room, poor drainage, poor air conditioning, bathrooms a bit dingy, very old TV, smelly carpets in the hallway, etc, etc. The breakfast buffet is acceptable, but minimal (think Premier Inn) with much of the hot food looking like it was cooked the day before. WiFi in the room was poor, the lobby...
