The self serve check in machines x 2 were not working. Expedia…. I accidentally put the wrong dates in for my stay, and I only realised once I’d booked, basically the wrong month.. When I tried to amend it they wouldn’t, they told me to cancel my booking (with no refund) and re book.. so I never actually stayed and the hotel got paid tegardless
