"The staff does not know how to manage customer. Because of them had to spend 100 Rmb in taxi. here was nothing close by except 1 or 2 Chinese resturants. Ac was not working and could not sleep the whole night. Staff did not know a word of English except I dont know English. Amenities were handed at the time of checkin as in small hotels in India.Bad experience. "

"Property is pretty but unless you only go to Disney it’s really far from everywhere else. The reason why I rated 3 stars because the toilet and room key was a night mare. The young man worked on march 10 was amazing man that helped us with taxi rescue. He tries real hard to communicate with us even though he was struggle with English which we appreciated him very much. He was the only one that made our trip pleasant while in Shanghai. "
