Me dieron una habitación con el lavabo tapado, el baño se salía el agua con pipi por debajo de la taza no podías bañarte ya q no tenía ni siquiera una cortina y te llegaba a los pies mientras te bañabas el agua sucia q se salía por debajo de la taza. El personal de recepción al poner la queja solo se burlaban y no hacían nada para solucionar el problema, y la gerente se fue a su casa y no resolvió nada

Tuvimos una pésima experiencia ya que llegamos y nos dijeron que no existía la reservación que el problema era de Expedia y no era verdad. Aparte la gerente y los de Recepcion querían cobrarnos Extra por cada persona, a pesar de qué le dijimos que la reserva estaba hecha por tres personas y que ellos no tenían cama que a pesar de qué así las estaban promocionando todo eso fue lo que nos dijeron y al final nos acomodaron en una habitación horrible, que al baño, se le salió el agua y olía muy feo. Insistía que la reservación nunca fue hecha, y cuando les hablaron de Expedia, casualmente apareció por arte de magia a la reserva. No sé si nos querían hacer simplemente un cargo extra o robarse la habitación. Sinceramente no sé cuáles serían sus razones, pero mi experiencia fue pésima en este Hotel. No lo recomiendo para que siga trabajando con ustedes en Hoteles.com. Tratan mal al cliente y dicen que no existen las reservas, ya que no fuimos a las únicas que nos sucedió.
