"The television in the sitting room did not work, and despite numerous requests to front desk it remained inoperable for the two nights we were there. Housekeeping did not come and whan they were in the unit next door I inquired if they were going to do my unit and was told no. It was later in the afternoon, probably 4:30, BUT they had not come earlier The toilet did not function properly and there was no one in maintenance when the problem was discovered. "The breakfast was actually better than most breakfast restaurants when we stayed last weekend. The hostess was amazing as well. The bacon was crispy, eggs nicely done (not watery), cinnamon rolls were fresh and biscuits and gravy were delicious! Even the oatmeal was perfect (not watery gruel.)"

"The hotel is well-located. The staff members were very helpful and nice. The hotel was full during our stay. The breakfast and coffee were very helpful for our busy schedule. The refrigerator and microwave were also helpful. The 11 AM checkout time was helpful. Unfortunately, we had to manually reconnect our phones to the hotel internet service each time we returned, which was frustrating. All in all, we enjoyed and appreciated our stay."

"Guadalupe makes the breakfast and it is delicious. You can tell it is made with great love and care. All the staff are very kind and the best of the best. The lower rating part is the hotel itself. A bit older and run down, rooms that need redoing compared to other hamptons, and apparently people have their cars broke in to there from time to time. Mine was not, though it’s harder to sleep at night when other reviews say they had stuff stolen. Police apparently patrol that area more often now....
