"Good breakfast starting at 6am 👍. Very helpful staff. Had a problem with internet going off and on only on my floor. Reported it and they quickly dispatched some to diagnose. A simple router reboot cleared the problem and it never occurred again. Staff were very patient with my poor Spanish and use of translator. I’ve stayed at a number of Ibis hotels and this was a good experience. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Portobello. The room and common areas were beautiful and well-kept. I would definitely stay there again. My only criticism was that the water was not working when I tried to use it in the early part of morning (around 2am), but was working fine other than that. "
