"Typically I would read reviews of others experience, it just so happened that in this case I did not, as the pictures looked so satisfying. My actual experience was far from this. I arrived to the hotel after a late night flight, the first staff member was helpful in getting me checked in. I immediately noticed how run down the hotel was, the pool, was dirty, the room had 3 single beds, and one queen, which were all very hard. There was loud music until about 5am from both sides of the hotel, making it very difficult to sleep. There was no hot water to be able to take a shower. The breakfast was disappointing, compared to all the other establishments I stayed at as I travelled through Colombia. "

"The first thing I would like to establish is this has nothing to do with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. This is about charging a 110$ cad a night. One elevator for 10 floors is not ideal. During peak periods you can wait a spell so you end up taking the stairs. My room was on the 5th floor so 80 steps up and down. Upon entry to my room, you realize there is no bottled water. Nothing expensive but it is about the principle. No hair dryer in the room and the safe is locked. A very small 32inch tv and a very small bathroom. The shower was 2ft by 2ft so I was always hitting my right elbow on the wall and everytime I would look up at the shower faucet. I'm 5'10" and weigh 150lbs. I can only imagine a bigger person. There is a window in the room that is covered with a plastic film, therefore sun light enters the room but you cannot see outside unless you open up the top half of the window and there is no screen. You cannot leave the window open at night and turn off the AC. The amenities are old and outdated. Personally I would recommend anyone reading this to go somewhere else as it is not worth the asking price 👎 "

"First and foremost that lobby was hotter than a boiler room! The elevator made me claustrophobic, all my luggage couldnt even fit ! Then when I get to the room it had no windows and smelled like a used tire shop! They was expecting a guest and didnt even make the room cool! Please dont get cat fished with “hotel”"

"Very clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Only losing a star due to tepid shower water. I personally like a hot shower, but all in all a great place to stay"

"Excellent service, very clean, and a great breakfast! However, the room was too cramped for six guests. The layout was also difficult, as the toilet and shower were in separate rooms, making it nearly impossible for a large group to get ready"

"The room was excellent, the location was nice-beach close -10 minute walk. Quiet in the evenings. Front desk staff could be more welcoming. Not many restaurants in walking distance. But domicillios are abundant-and quick. It was a great stay!"
