"Room was small but very clean. Had everything it needed. The only bad thing was the shower didn’t have hot water. Not even warm so shower was uncomfortable. Walking distance to everything. Felt safe, parking lot was very secure."

"Rooms are due for upgrades, especially the mattresses. The men’s locker room is very old and needs upgrading. The spa charges a lot and although the masseuse was great the whole area needs work to go along with the high cost."

"We came to town for a Marineros game and were looking for a reasonably priced hotel that was close to the stadium. This place meet all of our needs. It was clean and quiet, it felt safe and secure, and everything worked fine. The staff was friendly and helpful (FYI, make sure you speak Spanish or can use Google Translate). We had plans, so we didn't try the breakfast there. Would stay again!"

"The pictures do not match whatsoever , They told me I had reservations but everything was taken and they tried giving me , old trashy room in the rear of the hotel , I had told them that was not what I paid for .. they said take it or leave it very unprofessional I had to leave the guy at front desk could not make decisions at all because he said he's just a worker and could not get a hold of anyone to make changes . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NOT RECOMEND IT AT ALL ( it's more like a motel ) "

"It was a city express by Marriott, so I expected something nice. When I got there, the check in went smooth, Alexandre was very nice and helpful. I went to the room, and was surprised how small it was, and there was no microwave or refrigerator, but never the less it was very clean and nice. The shower was great, super hot shower. In the evening, we went to the pool at 8:30, the staff told us that they closed the pool at 8, for a Saturday that hour is ridiculous. But they let us stay a little...
