The Manager, Elizabeth, went out of her way to help us non-Spanish-speaking visitors. She translated, made helpful suggestions, and was a delight to talk with.
The property is 1/2 block off of the beach in the middle of the beach activity and is lovely. The rooms are clean and just the basics. Bed, side table, refrigerator, clean bathroom. But, that is all you need!
The property is still expanding and improving and promises to be even better.
hey also have a washer and dryer which was very much needed since we only brought enough clothes in a backpack.
I felt very safe in the hotel and walking around Puerto Lopez even though I am a 62 y.o. woman and my only companion was my 26 y.o. Down syndrome daughter.
BTW the FOOD is fantastic in Puerto Lopez. We ate in 6 different restaurants on the beach or on the beachfront road. And, of course, a very polite dog will "guard" your table hoping for a "Tip" Please tip generously.

The front desk attendant lied to us. We explained that our flight was delayed. I bought hotel protection. The front desk told us, not to worry. We were later told that we had to check out. So we were CHEATED out of one night. I will fight this until the end.

Excelente servicio
El hotel es muy confortable, sus habitaciones cómodas y limpias, tiene una linda psicina, un balcón muy bonito. Lo mejor de todo es la atención del personal, muy atento, y dispuesto a colaborar en lo que se pida. Totalmente recomendado
