"Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. "Beautiful property & serene surroundings with excellent service. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet and dinners. Staff at every level were warm, welcoming and helpful. The concierge ( Esteban N.) was very efficient in helping us organize airport transfers, dinner reservations & golfing requests. We plan to return in the future to experience their summer. "
