"Staff have been amazing. I forgot his name but the van driver was very polite and very professional, soft spoken and well- mannered. JC on the front desk was always funny and very welcoming and helpful. To the maintenance guy that sorted our air-conditioning for 2 nights, bless him, he was very patient and very professional. "Staff were super friendly, always ready to help. For example, the maintenance worker and security guard informed us that we had a flat tire, they then filled the tire with air for us. Before I could get it fixed, it was flat again. I asked the staff if they had a car jack so that my husband can place the spare on, but they did it themselves without hesitation. I would highly recommend staying here while visiting Puerto Princesa City."
