水回りが…

二泊しました。スタッフは親切ですが、水回りがひどかったです。私は身長157cmですが、まずトイレの蓋の上に立たないとシャワーヘッドが取れませんでした(欧米人の方向け？)。また水流も非常に弱く、チョロチョロとしか出ません。お湯にしたら熱湯になり、ヤケドしそうなほど。他の部屋も同じかどうかはわかりません。 立地はマナロストリート沿いで、日本食レストラン富士山のすぐ隣でした。NCCCスーパーマーケットやSMモールも歩いて行ける距離です。 場所は便利なのですが、とにかくシャワーがストレスでした。

Low budget hotel,

Noisy aircon-smelly and did not work like it should,smal tv, tv channels was blurred, low pressure in the shower, But the room was ok, simple but ok Smal person meals, but ok taste The hotel ordered our trip with no hassle and that was nice;)

The staff is excellent

The condition of the hotel is not good. Air condition is wworking, but its really noisy. There is no window in the room, just a hole covered with mosquito net. Breakfast was fine. I guess it's really overpriced considering prices in the Philippines

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles! Tv avec très mauvaise reception, Petit Dej vraiment léger! Restaurant toujours indisponible Service pressing qui rend les vêtements mouillés!!! Hôtel méritant au mieu une étoile!

Disapponting

Its a budget place but you can find better with the same cost. The location is in a busy street , you can hear motorcycles inside the room. Towels are not in the room, you have to ask for them at the desk. Front desk are nice and helpful but they are not attentive to details. Our stay was paid through expedia online and yet they have to charge my credit card for the full stay, It was a hazzle for me to dispute the charges.

BEWARE OF THS HOTEL

1. CONSTRUCTION NOISE OUTSIDE OF OUR WINDOW(VERY NOISY)WHEN I ASKED TO BE MOVED THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD COST $$EXTRA x 6 MORE NIGHTS. aLL DAY THE HOTEL WAS ALSO UNDER REMODELLING, MORE NOISE FRO 7:00am TO 5:00pm, they also charged us 6.00 per night extra for my wife? Pillows were 3" thick, mattress 3" thick, very small bathroom, approx. 3 1/2 ft. X 8 ft. Breakfast was toast and I egg and coffee. YOU HAD TO RESERVE YOUR BREAKFAST TIME THE NIGHT BEFORE, IF YOU WERE 10-15 MINUTES LATE YOUR BREAKFAST WOULD BE ON THE TABLE WAITING FOR YOU(COLD) wE PAID IN ADVANCE FOR 7 NIGHTS BUT AFTER 5 NIGHTS WE LEFT BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE ABOVE. naturally NO REFUND. I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

値段相応のホテル。

ホットシャワーが出たりでなかったりするのが難点。スタッフは親切です。自分で調べていった旅行会社やバス会社に電話して予約を取ってくれたりもしました（ホテルでも、ツアーの申し込みはできます）。空港まで片道送迎は無料です。朝食は一日おきにメニューの違うもの３つから選ぶことができますが、ホテル前の食堂よりもしょぼいです。

Hotellin yhteydessä ei todellakaan voi puhua asiakaspalvelusta, sitä ei meinaan ollut. Koskaan ei selvinnyt, että kiinnostiko työntekijöitä asiakkaat ollenkaan vai eivätkö he vaan tajunneet tekevänsä kaiken väärin. Alusta saakka mikään ei mennyt täällä oikein ja oikein sapetti kaikki hyvät arvostelut täällä ja Tripadvisorissa, tämä oli ensimmäinen kerta jolloin edelliset kokemukset eivät pitäneet paikkaansa ollenkaan. Saimme väärän huoneen, pyynnön jälkeen saimme oikean huoneen, mutta he meinasivat ensin, että meidän pitää muuttaa sieltä kahden yön jälkeen muualle, pyynnöstä huolimatta kukaan ei siivonnut, suihku oli rikki eikä ensimmäiseen korjauspyyntöön vastattu yms. mukavaa ja vekkulia. Todella ylihinnoiteltu tasoon nähden. Hyh.

私の予約した情報がエクスペディアからホテル側に届いてなく、ホテル側のオーナーと話したのですが領収書を見せろだの、最悪二重に払う事も考えましたが払わず済みました。オナーからの謝罪も無く気分が悪い日でした。 エクスペディアに申しますが、日本語の予約確認書だけではなく、英語版の領収書、確認書も必要です。

Great Location and Great hotel staff

The Inn was recommended to us by my sister. We have stayed there for 5 days and as soon as we got there, the entire staff has been really helpful. Any questions or booking that you need they will be glad to answer especially Jackie at the front desk. No words can say how wonderful she was to us. We planned a lot of our days DIY except for the Underground River tour and we were really happy with our entire itinerary. The location of the hotel was excellent as we were able to walk around to get to know the City or take a trike to different restaurants, souvenir shops and museums. Room are clean, except from some bugs/ants that are kind of normal in the Philippines. Overall a good stay for us and one I can recommend.

到机场10分钟的tricycle车程

热水不怎么好用，都快用冷水洗完了显示热水的指示灯才亮，亮了才表示热水会出来。 作为临时歇脚的中转站还凑活了，地理位置还算好，步行到最热闹的那条商业街也就10分钟吧，那条商业街吃得东西蛮多，银行也多。到机场50P开价，我们没还价，估计也还不了多少。早餐很简单，不过能有得吃我个人就满足了，比出去吃还是要方便些。
