"The view of the space needle from our room was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The staff and server at the restaurant were helpful and friendly. There were enough choices for breakfast. The airconditioning in our room was loud and ran every few minutes, although we did not check the setting. Using the elevator seemed confusing to most guests, thankfully we’re familiar with it but it would be nice if it’s explained better to new customers."

"I booked 2 rooms and requested early check in for both. I did get one room well before the regular check in time, but the second one was not ready until close to 5:30 pm. I understand rooms were being cleaned up, but guests expect rooms to be ready at the time the hotel states so. The staff was very professional all around. Management should pay close attention to the hotel resources. "
