"I really enjoyed my stay at XO hotel. I was traveling solo and the staff was very considerate in making sure I was comfortable. They serve a light breakfast, with eggs and bacon every morning. Coca tea and candies available at all times. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Beautiful esthetics. Shout out to the lovely woman that prepared breakfast and the security staff."

"The property is beautiful and perfectly located, close to everything in Cusco. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It feels very safe as there’s always someone at the front to open the door. The breakfast is delicious and I loved that they offer hot water, tea, coffee and cookies 24/7 which is such a nice touch!"

"O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro turístico, mais próximo do Mercado San Blas. Mesmo assim, me hospedaria novamente lá. A equipe é bem gentil e prestativa. Oferecem box de café da manhã para quando fizer tour antes do horário servido no hotel. Fiquei no último andar, então o quarto não tinha janela. O banheiro é grande, então passava um pouco de frio ao sair da ducha. Se for preciso, eles guardam a bagagem e também oferecem passeios (apesar de serem mais baratos nas agências do centro)."

"Quaint hotel within walking distance of everything. We stayed three days in Cusco before our trek and were able to walk to all the sights from here. It is nestled on a lovely side street and has a beautiful courtyard, spacious rooms, and a delicious breakfast. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was constantly cleaning, even washing and brushing the courtyard during our stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, holding our luggage until we returned from the trek. There are many...

"Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away. The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table. The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it Would highly recommend!"

"Gluten free bread on the breakfast spread people - game over this wins! Ambiance, cleanliness, day of massage arrangements, cozy hot water bottle to warm the bed when we arrived so late after some travel hiccups. Had a balcony room and it was a lovely spot to sit. Doors not soundproof, and sound carries floor to floor up the central stairs. If the hotel calls a taxi, they come right up, but if your taxi drops you off you might get dropped a block or two away due to narrow/one way/not...

"The rooms were beautiful and the hotel held our luggage while we did a 5 day hike on the Inca trail at no charge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is very basic but good. The only critique I would say is that the hotel can be very noisy because sound echos through the open spaces."

"Our stay was amazing! Hot water bottles, evening tea, fire pits & private spa - these small touches elevated our stay! Unfortunately I really struggled with the altitude in Cusco, but the staff were really accommodating, sent breakfast to my room and followed up the following day. "

"Great place to stay in San Blas. The staff were wonderful and made me feel taken care of. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and shopping. Only an 8 minute walk to Plaza de Armas."

"This place is excellent! The views to the town are beautiful. Around 15min walking down to the plaza. Super close to the archeological ruins. I will stay there again without thinking twice. "
