"We only stayed one night before our flight in the morning. The room was clean and smelled great. The desk attendant was very friendly."

"Stayed in a Presidential Suite and expected more. The lamps were all unplugged, a couple did not work. Switches that did nothing. A freezer where something had clearly exploded/spilled significantly and not been cleaned up. The most annoying thing, though, were the drawers! OMG - sometimes they won't close, other times you have to really pull to get them open (but there are no handles on the dresser). The nightstands have handles that are seemingly there to mock you. Those are the hardest to open. The master bathroom could use a light in the little nook with the chair. The free breakfast was ok. The omelet not so much. I might stay here again. I'm not sure. It would require some thought."
