"Good location, friendly staff, and clean rooms"

"Very clean room. Bed was slightly hard but manageable. Food was good and breakfast was warm every morning. Staff response was really slow. The biggest issue was that we stayed four nights and had to use the same towel and washcloth. While I am aware that I could of went to the desk to ask for more, I think they should have offered us more upon check in realizing there were two of us and we were staying four nights. The best thing was the comfortable pillows...like sleeping on a cloud "

"We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.The rooms were not clean at all. The bathroom floor felt sticky, and there were handprints visible on multiple surfaces, which made the room feel unsanitary. In room 407, the mattress on the pull-out bed was absolutely disgusting and appeared to be stained with what looked like blood. This was extremely unsettling and unacceptable. The pool was another issue. It was ice cold and appeared to be green, which...

"Loved how the staff took care of all our needs and the breakfast was excellent. "

"The staff appeared to be helping criminals that were guests or relatives of the cleaning company they use. A group of hackers were also targeting their devices and would not allow me to sleep."

"Rooms and bathrooms needed better cleaning and updating. The pool was CLOSED for 3 of our 4 days, but it was very small. The hot tub was nice however. Breakfast was the same everyday, however it was the normal eggs, sausage and pancakes kinda breakfast. "

"the check-in person was really nice. The entire place smells kind of dirty. And there is NOTHING in the room. No shampoo, its an Extended Stay place with a kitchenette and there is nothing there - no cups, no plates, no silverware, no sponge, no soap, quite literally nothing in these rooms. I needed to Iron my shirt, no Iron or Ironing board."

"Poor. DO NOT Book. AC unit was making crazy noise, just in backyard train tracks and whole night many goods trains was passing by and constant noise. Lastly breakfast was closed before designated time. Staff not cooperative. "

"Had a great time. Staff is very nice and the room was nice and clean. Drinks at the bar are great and affordable. Using the grill was easy, all you have to do is check out untesils at the front desk. Only complaint is the late 4pm check-in. They'll let you check-in early for a $25 fee which is pretty lame."
