"No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. "

"I booked on behalf of one of our engineers, who found the cabin to be very dirty with little to no hot water, and infestation of insects and no WIFI as mentioned in the accommodation list. The front door also would not close or lock due to the door being so badly warped, and I had to book alternative accommodation as it was not suitable. "Not the greatest place I have stayed in, had a room that faced onto the main road and barely had any sleep both nights.... rooms are very dated and in need of an urgent upgrade. I left the door hanger on asking for room to be serviced but on my return I found that the cleaner had just folded up wet and dirty towels and put them back on the radiator. There are no facilities to get food here at the hotel and the bar was not open at any time during our visit. Not faciliated for people with mobility issues either. "
