"Had limited parking which required coordination but worked out. Didn't realize staff needed to meet you on arrival as the reception is not staffed all the time. It was fine but made for a bit chaotic check-in when it was not planned. The room was nice but we were in the front of the hotel and it was a bit loud from other guests coming and going at night. "

"The hotel is centrally located in the historic punta arenas. Most tour companies will do the pick up and drop off at this location. The staff were excellent and it’s close to restaurants and supermarket. Everything is walking distance."

"The rooms were large and well equipped. The staff was friendly, helpful, and had excellent English. There is dinner available at the on site restaurant. It was both reasonably priced and delicious. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was also great. "
