Nice hotel, lovely rooms and amazing food! Close to supermarket and shops and numerous restaurants and bars. A 3 min walk from the beach. Has a small shop on site for gifts and booking excursions. My advice would be to book a sea view room (away from the hustle and bustle of the evening and pool entertainment) and go half board to take advantage of the amazing food. I loved this place. Amazing location, just wow!. It is a big hotel with between 1-2,000 guests so feeding those numbers "All Inclusive" can't be an easy task. However, the food was just fabulous, and The Mandarin and The Canarian cuisine was just superb. This place exceeded my expectations and the vibe was excellent. The hotel is a little tired (built in 1972), but I loved it, the location, beach and catering were just excellent.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel; fantastic food, amenities, entertainment and children’s activities. But, above all else, the staff are awesome. I went on holiday with my 5 year old son after losing my wife and his mum to cancer 6 months previous. It was his first holiday abroad and my first without my wife. Many tears were shed but the staff went above and beyond to make this holiday special, I will never forget their kindness to me and especially my boy.

Laid-back villa complex with a pool and restaurant. Best for families. Nightly shows are entertaining. Close to town and beach. What makes this place special is the people working there and the clients who visit (all ages). Loved seeing families of three generations enjoying themselves. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lifeguards are fun and love kids. Will definitely recommend and will stay again when in Lanzarote.
