La propiedad buena Las recámaras tenías cosas como puertas que no cerraban bien exact Los que servirían en el buffet y restaurantes muy buenos Los de lobby no tan buenos tenían problemas para comunicarse y tuvieron muchos errores De ahí en fuera casi todo lo demás estuvo muy bien en las otras areas

Property needs a maintenance soon as possible . Rooms are not updated, the area is full of mosquitos because the mangrove around the property . Advise , if you have child do not risk your kids to a place like this , there are plenty of good resorts in DR, you won’t enjoy if your kids end up like mine with eyes swelling from the allergy to mosquito bites .

Pools are good. And that’s an about all. Food was average , all dining areas were not sufficiently ACd . No one really spoke English . My daughter got flea bites all over her leg from sheets

I loved staying at Bahia Principe Fantasia with my 2 year old daughter and my mom. Since we got there, there were many activities for her and also for the adults. The food was good as well. The room was clean and had the view of the main pool, which we loved. the experience was amazing and I will definitely go back soon. The only thing that needs a little of improvement is how employees treat guests. Some of them were very nice and helpful, but others they simply ignored us. For example, we got to the beach and the person in charge of the towels wasn’t there. So we asked someone else for help and that person looked at us and turned around. We had to ask 3x and he finally said okay I will go call someone. Also, our room curtains were broken and we had to use a hair pin to put it together, other than that the experience was a 9/10. My daughter had the most fun and the beach, pool and activities.

We were a group of 25 for my mother in law’s birthday. Great place for kids to have fun, the staff is really nice, everyone was very friendly and attentive to me and kids all day specially at the pool and pool bars and buffet. The food was 5/10..not great at all. The a la carte Garden Circus restaurant was very nice, the food was 6.5/10, but the staff was sooo nice, funny and friendly. They made us feel very welcome and made our birthday dinner very special with singing and dancing with us. They upgraded my room but we ended up in a room with a broken AC and after someone came to “fix it” twice it still wouldn’t work. They offered a room change 3 days later but it was already too late for us, not worth moving all our stuff. the last 2 days we had water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom and the hallway so there was a poddle of water when we woke up one day The beach area is very nice, you have to take a shuttle (comes every few mins) since its not a waterfront property, but very easy to get there (its like a 10min walk) Had a massage at the spa and it was amazing! Totally recommend The night entertainment is nice, especially on Circus Day! Overall, the 6 children in our group, Ages 5-10, had an incredible time! If you’re looking for a place for kids I totally recommend.
