The property was Okay at best, it needed some work, places on the walk way needed to be fixed tripped several times on broken tiles. Room staff was friendly but the dinning staff could be very rude particularly in the Italian restaurant. Indoor areas especially dinning rooms were hot.

When we first arrived I fell in love with this resort ! Loved everything about it, food was great and many options , I traveled with my children so food was a big issue for me. We were a very big group (22) and out of those 22 …13 got sick , they got like a stomach bug ( vomiting and diarrhea ) out of those 13 , 5 were kids . We will not be going back to Lopesan.

This was our first time in the country, as this place made our experience so special. The pools and beach area are wonderful, we used a different one a day! The room we got had a beach view and it was so beautiful we got to see the whole resort too. The room was very clean and fresh, it even came with robes. The restaurants were very good, we recommend the italian one. The buffet had a great variety but I definitely recommend the Beach Club for lunch, much better selection. The all inclusive drinks were so accessible, the servers are always active and vigilant to your needs. The only down side is there are some areas that are "adult only" they don't really mean adult only its a higher tier you have to buy within the hotel, the tier doesn't really add anything crazy just a specific pool and a beach area. A bit confusing thats all. Definitely coming back to this resort!

Excellent, the resort is beautiful, service was great and very friendly, the food was good, family friendly, they have like space for little toddlers and you can enjoy with your kids the activities and shows, my daughter enjoy a lot, we will definitely go back to Lopesan

Pool very nice, beach very nice but smells of motor boats, grounds are beautiful, hotel room was ok but bathroom is sub par. 4 people to our room 3 towels is all we got each time. Refrigerator barely gets below 60. AC is not great. Service is hit or miss all depends on who you get. You need to tip for everything everywhere. Sometimes hard to get a drink. Restaurants ambiance was nice but food was poor. Overall disappointing and very expensive for what we got.
