Resort was very nice and clean. The pools were very clean and the beach was nice . The kids had a great time with all the character and the water park was also really nice . However the food at the buffet was not that good .

I like the service , everyone very welcoming and helpful. I did not find too much verity of foods. Besides the buffer and burger place there was not much others. The Asian restaurant has food which none of these meals has any close taste to Asian- Chinese food. The worst part is that restaurant is infested with roaches , very important to investigate. The Italian restaurant was a huge disappointment, food served was not what was ordered, messy, workers had too many people to handle and disorganized. The planet restaurant, cool but don’t understand why you need people to make appointments. Food , sucks. Maybe the food goes with the theme but none of it tasted well. 1/10 - 10 being delicious. Also, there should be more activity for kids. It is a kids resort but evenings not much to do. You should keep a pool table, tennis table, have games with kids and entertain, Thai resort was meant for kids but after 3 days it becomes boring. Note I came twice Thai year, in end April and August. I think that was my last time.

My family and I really enjoyed this place, my baby girl had so much fun. Service was great, Dahianna made everything we needed possible. Staff were great too. This place was the perfect choice for our family vacation.

The hotel is very nice & modern… however the food was not good at all . And because it’s no dinner reservations for the restaurants … it’s a long wait to be seated … once seated it’s a very long wait for your food to be served. The buffet style food was sooo bad … I was very disappointed. I went with my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday… my mom aunt , sister , daughter & 2 nephews… none of us like the food . Other people we met also complain to us about the food being nasty . Not much to do after 9pm and little activities for kids . Not worth the money … however the hotel is very pretty .. & very modern… they also do a great job keeping it clean.

This was a place I was looking forward to bringing my kids to. I had heard good things and it seemed very fun but it was very disappointing. Their whole thing is based on being gourmet and their food was really bad. They often didn't have what you saw on the menu and what they did have wasn't good. Sodas were watered down and drinks were not good either. Unfortunately, they are running a business for money and are paying very little attention to details. The cups NEED to be replaced.. they were really old and scratched up. We waited all day to get into sky walker for my son's birthday and the food they did have available wasn't great. At the end we wanted to order the sphere and they were also out of that. The person waiting our table was just trying to finish up but another lady working there was very kind and when she heard me upset about the service she figured out away to bring my son a dessert and sing happy birthday which I appreciated. I expected a livelier atmosphere but they don't really play music. All the "experiences" you have to pay for like the slime.. we paid a lot for the breakfast with characters and it wasn't good. Some staff members seemed annoyed when it came time to taking pictures and try to rush you after you paid so much for bad food and pictures. kids didn't really enjoy the breakfast. Kids liked the place but they disliked how very little there is to do in the water park. Also if you are Dominican some staff treats you poorly

Everything was fabulous,my family and I have a Nice experience in this resort,having fun every day,and the personel there make us feeling like in family.I really recomend Nickelodeon to visit!

To be honest,every time someone goes to a facility we like to compare to the other facilities,I believe I had to high expectations about this resort,anyway my kids enjoyed it but they are kids they would like it anyways. I believe the closing times for some areas could be better,specially having the icecream area to close at 10:00 pm? Really? Another thing the experience to the dining options for the kids you have to pay extra money,some staff members look like they don't wanna work there specially the girl at the icecream area,not greeting the guests and with a straight face, Some staff at the buffet also not smiling. For the bar not many options,piña colada tasted horrible not even like piña colada. How is possible if you want cognac or other expensive whiskey you have to buy the full bottle? When I got to the room was not completely clean and there was leftovers of a cigarette like seriously my 10 months baby was having this on her hands,which there was a follow up for it. Anyways I don't think I would come back to that resort,definitely would not recommend to anyone. Some staff members were cortious,for example Luis David from room service,excellent and genuine,you need more staff like him,the guys at the garden were always smiling and greeting and the girl at fresco Paola very good as well.

Service was the worst. They never had any of the drinks from their own menu at the swim up bar. They didn't clean our room for 4 days. Was just not what I was expecting but I should have known. When I booked, the reviews seemed great. When I went back to just do the quick pre trip glance to remind us of activities, etc. I was reading the reviews and it seemed that maybe management or something has changed because all of the reviews have been downhill. I'm not a complainer, nor do I leave reviews, this might be the 5th in my entire existence on this planet. With that said, the most important thing, the kids had fun. But they likely could have had fun at a motel 6 with a pool.

WARNING**** This "Resort" is a SCAM. Since the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave, from poor staff, horrible food (nasty) some of them even unsafe to consume. the rooms are a joke, the fridge does not keep your beverages cool, the room service never comes after placing the order, the showers are FULL OF MOLD, you ask for a better service or changes they practically laugh in your face since they know if you are from another country there's nothing you can't do other than wait to check out. I spent a fortune bringing my whole family here and it was the biggest mistake I have ever done. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
