This was a pleasant resort, one of the few to allow self-catering that made it more affordable. The welcome was pleasant. Great pools and made it easy to go between beach and pool. Great beach as long as you don't mind a bit of seaweed.

Peaceful Punta Cana

Lovely location on a quieter stretch of the beach. Beautiful, clean and quiet apartment near some lovely restaurants. Would recommend to anyone seeking a more intimate vacation than what is offered by the all-inclusive hotels near by. Other residence were friendly and polite.

The place is beautiful but the communication was not the best. Internet was not working for the first two days. Extra Garbage bags were not available. Other than that the place is beautiful and clean!

It was nice, I did not realize this is a condo complex and you are rending someone's condo. They were big and clean. Two bedrooms and two baths. We did not need it but if you wanted it cleaned while you were there that would be extra and the electric was charged in addition to the fees paid online, like $25 for 3 days (cash only) and we were being frugal with the lights and AC. Pool was kind of cloudy so we did not use them. There was a nearby store that was very handy. The beachside bar was good and had food. All in all it was good and I would go there again.

Nice property. Employees were great! Our room was close to gate and bars so the live music from a close bar was very loud at night. This was disappointing.

No geral foi boa. Falta apenas o site esclarecer que não funciona exatamente como hotel. Não há limpeza, troca de toalhas,nem reposição de produtos. Tb é necessário pagar a energia consumida. Ficamos dois dias e pagamos 28 dólares pelo consumo, no momento do checkout. O mar ali da area não é convidativo, mas da pra curtir a praia mesmo assim. A área da piscina é bem legal. Tem um supermercado e restaurantes bons bem ao lado.No supermercado tem um senhor que vende a excursão pra Saona por U$ 60. O hotel oferece um serviço de transfer gratuito do aeroporto. Mas não sei bem como marca. Só descobri na hora do check-out.

THIS APARTMENT ARE BEAUTIFUL, PERFECT BEACH VIEW!, VERY CONFORTABLE AND CLEAN. LOVED THAT this place can be one of the most beutiful places to relax and have perfect vacations but they have to fix: 1. THEY CHARGE YOU WITH ELECTRICITY (50US DAILY IF YOU USE ALL AIR CONDITION BECAUSE THEY STILL HAVE 1995 AIR CONDITION TECH) 2. WATER IS TOO SALTY! Nice condo, don't go during "Seaweed Season"

Please be aware of "Seaweed Season". This is not a fault of the condo, but I think guests should be made aware of the situation with the option to reschedule during non-seaweed season. The ocean was completely inaccessible and the smell was overwhelming, making it impossible to spend time on the beach. This limits what you can do in Punta Cana. The condo itself was nice and in a great location. There was construction going on, making it not so relaxing. The condo could have used some upgrades as certain things were showing signs of wear and tear. Overall, it was clean, aside from hair in the shower, which was off putting. Anywhere you stay in DR, you have to pay for electricity. DON'T run it all day. We only ran it at night while we slept, it was very efficient and kept the place cool for hours after turning it off. We stayed 5 days and our electric bill was only $35. I recommend doing a lot of research on Punta Cana before committing to a vacation here.

This apartment was perfect. Greta poolside swim up location; lots of cooking and flatware etc, lots of towels, great cable channels - I could go on and on. I will definitely stay here again. Maria was fantastic in helping me with the few questions I had, and was very personable and kind and helpful in every regard. Enough!! I have nothing bad to say and only good! Thank you Maria/Katya!

The woman at the front desk did not speak english (thank god my husband speaks spanish). She told us that you have to pay for electricity separately which was never mentioned in this listing and cost us an additional $100 for two nights. I was then going back and forth with expedia over 4 different conversations, waiting and wasting about 2 hours to resolve the problem. The air conditioning didn't work in two of the bedrooms, we had no hot water (yes-we turned it on), water smelled funny and did not drain properly in shower and sinks. The beach is covered in seaweed- that they do try to clean up but is so overwhelming that you cannot swim and pools were cloudy. Property is run down and hardly what is pictured. Food/drinks at the restaurant are overpriced, I suggest you bring your own or plan on eating outside.

Everything was great, the only reason I gave a less of excellent was because, breakfast should not be included in the offer. There was no gas to cook the breakfast and the personnel was not there to serve you on time. Besides from that, the location,condition,staff and facilities were great. Nice beach and swimming pool.

They literally charge for electricity / power. $5-25 a day depending on usage. I'm not making this up. I pay anywhere from $40-80 a month in my 1200 sqft condo in the USA, but somehow 2 days in the property could rack up a bill more than one month of usage at my condo.
