Staff and grounds were A Absolutely no complaints when it comes to anything at TRS Cap Cana. The only thing was it sits in a marina and the beach was very small (although they do offer free shuttle service to a nearby public beach daily) and I wish there were more food options as far as authentic Dominican food. The staff were all amazing, from checkin, waiters and waitresses, personal butler, bar tenders and activity hosts. The resort itself is beautiful and well maintained.

What i truly oved about TRS CAP CANA is the treatment & professionalism of the staff. I felt like a king here, and definitely will travel again down to TRS CAP CANA. Moreover, the food was majestic, activities here were very fun specially with Charly & Jeffrison as hosts. The club is nice and chill with a great bartender like Robert. The scenery here is beautiful specially at night time. But what i love about TRS CAP CANA is the staff. They are the ones that made my vacation the best.

Property was nice, staff was nice they upgraded our room but the ac wasn’t blowing cool are that well and made some nights uncomfortable, Staff get orders wrong sometimes, and the phones in suite stopped working for 2 days, nonetheless the resort was beautiful and our butler was amazing, though it is small they know how to have fun! Food was good even though the limited dining options, and the resort is very secure and private. Perfect for couples and those who really want to get away.
