First ,it was outage ,that’s why we shifted another room ,and we came back again our room next day . Expedia showed ,every day cleaned our room but we see if you pay money ,after clean. But room and outside is really good . Staff member also nice .

The apartment was nice, with good amenities, and good communication with the concierge. The swimming pool is also very nice. Unfortunately the shower in the unit I rented was not heating. The concierge tried to fix it, but it was Christmas period and it was not solved through my stay. Sadly, the daily energy fee + the fee to get to the beach almost double the rental fee.

The apartment was truly great, very well equipped with everything you might need: plates, beach towels, air conditioning… it had it all! The only downside was that during my stay, garden maintenance caused grass debris to fall into the pool, which wasn’t cleaned afterwards. Nevertheless, my stay with Xeliter was perfect. I always felt safe, even while traveling alone. The Xeliter team, and especially Joan, played a key role in my experience: always available, he gave me valuable advice and excellent local recommendations. Also, if you want to go directly to the apartment, I highly recommend taking an Uber! Thanks to him, my stay was even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

If you want to keep back & relax, this is the spot

This was my first time visiting Punta Cana & first time staying here. They made sure to keep me update to date on my stay & was there to help immediately for any services that were need to accommodate my stay. The property has a great security team so that you can enjoy your stay with no worries. My rental had a amazon view & access to two large pools & one with a swim up bar. I'll definitely stay there again.

The apartment I stayed in was beautiful and clean. I loved the pools in their design, length and the nature around. Mr Luis, the concierge, made my stay pleasant also. He was always available and helped resolve any issue/concern speedily. Simply a pleasure and I will return any time I get the chance. The residence is a little isolated so I would recommend renting a car to get around easily.

Katherine was so nice and helpful since the entry to area was not so nicely, guard at the hotel entry should be respectful and clients oriented, my suggestion is to have a scan system to confirm the reservation so it will be faster and accurate. Among this the service of the property excellent, recomendation . For dinning near by etc. Katherine is a five start

Such a beautiful property. The infinity pool is amazing and gorgeous! Definitely and great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The concierge Yadel is such a sweet and helpful person. She was extremely nice and went above and beyond! I would definitely return!!

We were staying at the Hard Rock for a work trip and wanted to fly in a day early and stay an extra day close by. Xeliter Cana Rock was very close! 5 minute drive. The staff was kind and super accommodating! The only drawbacks I’d say is we had hoped there was a restaurant on the property, but there was a mini grocery store, and we couldn’t get the TV to play anything. The pools were nice and we had a nice relaxing time. Thank you Cana Rock!

The apartment is a little small, but nice. Make sure you take personal care items like soap, shampoo conditioner toothpaste etc. The pool is large and nice. The beach is far for a walking distance and transportation is very limited if you don’t have a vehicle. You have to call and uber for everything. The place is in development and the main road don’t have any sidewalks so is a little dangerous to walk with children out side the apartment complex.

Well I’m general it was ok, but very important points for travellers on vacation were missing. 1. They charge the rate per day without electricity and then charge extra for it. A hotel does it better. 2. They want you to collect the garbage and to bring it to manage to the outside of the building. You go to rest not to work. 3. Beach is ok to walk to for someone with full access to walk 20-30 minutes, but not to everyone. They offer an overpriced ride to take you to the beach. 4. There are not nearby attractions nor restaurants nor facilities to grant access to Uber eats drivers to deliver anything to you, so that forces you to go out at night and or have a rental car. 5. In conclusion, they have a business to make money, there is not interest in making any travellers experience memorable for good reasons. I won’t go back nor that I will recommend to anyone I know. They have good potential, I hope they use it soon.
