"Best staff ever, very kind and helpful! Breakfast is not that great but gets the job done! AC is the best, the room even had humidifier, the location is great right in front of the beach and very close to all restaurants, however it gets fairly crowded around and for a min I felt I’m back in the Bronx! Overall highly recommend it with the right expectations"

"Terrible Experiencia, Las fotos de promoción son un engaño, La habitacion inmunda, horriblemente sucia, pedi un cambio de habitación y el recepcionista me dijo que el hotel es solo para dormir, y que pensara en otra cosa para no amargarnos nuestras vacaciones, este hotel no cuenta con agua caliente, Tuvimos que trasladarnos a otro hotel y fue la mejor decisión, NUNCA volveremos al hotel Porto fino!!"

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I had stayed at this location before and enjoyed it, but this experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The first issue happened at check-in when staff gave my fiancé a difficult time checking in. Things only got worse from there. On Friday night, there was no hot water. I attempted to address the issue with staff, but no one seemed to care or provide any meaningful assistance. Unfortunately, the hot water issue continued throughout the stay. The most serious incident happened at the pool. The pool already had a sandy bottom, and while exiting the pool I stepped on a rusty tack. I immediately went to the front desk for help and asked if the employee spoke English. She said no, so I requested a manager who spoke English. Instead of providing a manager, they brought someone over to translate. I specifically requested management because this was a serious safety issue. Staff then told me I needed a tetanus shot because of the rusty tack. I agreed, but they later changed their mind and said they would not assist because I booked through Expedia. Whether I booked through Expedia or directly with the hotel should not matter — the injury happened in the hotel’s pool, and the hotel is responsible for maintaining a safe environment. Instead of properly handling the situation, they called my fiancé and told him to come get me from the desk because I was “causing a scene.” Do not expect good service if booking using a t"
