When we checked in either the person didn’t like her job I was having a bad dayor she just didn’t like us- either way she wasn’t the most welcoming. We got to our room and the AC was broken. She immediately told us there were no rooms to switch to, because they were all sold out,but somehow within 10 minutes another person told us they would switch us"

"I booked 1 week for my fiancé and myself to celebrate our engagement. I work in the Middle East. Due to the war, all flights were cancelled and I was stuck here. I contacted the hotel one moth out to tell them my situation & to see if they would work with me. I provided proof from my employer that I am here and everything the hotel management asked for. They refused to give me a refund or credit. It wasn't a last minute cancelation. I gave them a 40 day notice of my situation. "
