Absolutely loved our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and answered questions promptly. Griselda (housekeeping) was a joy. Singing and making sure every detail was covered. Planning on a return visit in the Fall.

Overall, the hotel grounds and nice and maintained. I can say the rooms were nice and spacious as well. The only problem is outside noise in the apartment. Irie Tulum
Everyone and everything was wonderful. My only gripe is that the maintenance man walked in unannounced and that was very concerning for a group of women. I did complain to the owner about it.

The front desk provided great service, very responsive and helpful! The property is very relaxed but pretty far off the beaten path. We did love having the roof top pools and bar, the manager there is the best.
