"We have been staying at this hotel for several years now for our anniversary. The owner Paola managed to extend our stay this year, which was perfect as it was also my birthday. Yonel at reception took great care of our throughout our stay, taking care of all our restaurant reservations, aperitivi on the terrace, taxis bookings, spa massages, our boat trip to Portofino ect. For us, this hotel offers us everything we could ask for a mini break away."

"Very nice location with views overlooking the town on one side and the sea on the other. It was convenient having the car close to our room. We swam in the private beach, it was nice being away from everyone. The elevator makes getting to town/beach fast and easy. I didn’t realize the private beach however is an added cost. It is €45 per person, per day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."

"When we arrived they advised our dinner reservations were cancelled because a large wedding party had booked the restaurant. We had booked this months in advance.The door knob fell off the door and we could not lock our room. The shower hose came loose from the wall and sprayed water every where. The wedding party band kept us up til midnight. Room service breakfast arrived cold.The hotel is beautiful but not a good experience."

"You mislead us by saying this hotel was near Portofino. It was not. It required me to hire a private taxi driver to drive us there May 9. The cost was 520 USD. This hotel happens to be beautiful and well worth the stay. Your site falsely advertised the location You really need to tell the truth. The hotel deserves better treatment. It does not need your misinformation to get people to stay."

"What a wonderful place to stay! The views are gorgeous, the staff is so helpful and the room was spotless. We loved the breakfast too- so many choices, even for picky eaters. We hiked at Cinque Terre all day and then came back for a swim and it was the perfect day! The beach in the next city Bonassola is easily walkable along a trail. Don’t hesitate to choose this lovely hotel!"

"Our experience at this hotel was beyond excellent. The room was so clean and modern and had two rooms with large rounded windows and a lovely balcony where you can see the city/port. The shower was clean and had great water pressure and the beds were made nicely each day. "The perfect place to access Cinque Terre. If you want to stay close but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle this hotel is for you. The free shuttle service to and from the train station is a perfect amenity. The location of the hotel is gorgeous, views are exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
