"This place was a little off the beaten path, but we were pleasantly surprised! Not only was everyone willing to help, but the place is beautiful! On-site, nobody spoke English, but were all super patient with us and we used Google translate and when we needed additional communication, the staff called someone with excellent English! We arrived later in the evening and were helped with our luggage and enjoyed a delicious dinner! Would love to come for a visit again!"

"The beach infront of the hotel is very nice, however the accesibility to the place is very bad, there is nothing nearby: no restaurants, no tours, no stores or supermarkets. Moreover the owner of the hotel, doesn't care to help you or provide options to schedule tours to go to Cayo Arena. If you can't hire a car, the best option is to not go or think for a tour from Puerto Plata in case you really wanna go to Cayo Arena."
