"Shower temperature oscillated from lukewarm to scalding every 20 seconds. Not just uncomfortable but dangerous. Bathroom didn't have a sink in it. Sink was in the bedroom, right next to the bed. Tap leaking / when closed. Only 2 plug points in the entire room! Used up for the TV and the kettle. Nowhere ..."

"We booked two rooms while walking the coast path. Neither room had a working shower. Both produced boiling hot water that would burn.All we were offered was the use of another shower in an outside building. We declined. Tired building and the Manager uninterested in offering any support or refund. ..."
