"I booked this hotel through Expedia and paid an additional fee for breakfast, which I ultimately was unable to use. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing. "The room and stay were very nice. The carpet in our room (307) was torn in front of the cabinests near the bathroom and whoever patched the wall just inside the bathroom door needs a LOT of training. Neither of thos adversely affected our overall positive opinion of the stay."
