"The location was really lovely and had beautiful views from the restaurant patio, but it seemed like it was understaffed. There weren’t many staff around and the ones that were there were running around very busy and were hard to catch when we needed something such as ordering food at the restaurant ..."

"A lovely experience stopped for 1 night whilst visiting theme parks, 2 children. Huge grounds and very grand place, staff very helpful, nice spacious family room with park, pool and woodland trail.
