"Buen hotel, hermoso spa, buena comida. Aún así esperarías mejor servicio. Es un hotel supuestamente “5 estrellas” y no hay room service a las villas. El chiste se cuenta solo."

"Beautiful location away from busy town but front line view of mountain. The servers at bar and restaurant area very nice. Drawbacks- no explanation of anything at check in. Hotel details do not mention a fee for sauna yet they said we had to pay 25e per person - not good."
